Operation Executive
Job description
Successful candidate will be working in Operation Division, under the instruction of Operation Manager.
Daily tasks include:
- Download and create jobs
- Allocation/ job scheduling and follow up job deadline.
- Schedule and manage accountant's work flow.
- Administrative system update.
- Check invoicing.
- Phone/email communication to overseas clients.
- Cooperate with accountants and other department in order to ensure the smooth operation of the team.
- Deal with confidential, sensitive information/data.
- Other tasks as assigned by direct managers.
Job requirements
- At least 02 year of experience in operation, customer service field.
- Fluent in business English (especially Writing skill).
- Analyzing and Resolving problem skill.
- Logical and critical thinking.
- Good computer skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in team.
- Educated overseas or trained in Western working environment is a plus.
