Operation Executive (Forwarding & Shipping)

• Prepare freight quotations for bulk cargo exports from Vietnam to key markets including Korea, Intra-Asia, the U.S., and Europe.

• Support daily operations for company-owned vessels (Intergis-owned ships).

• Manage day-to-day office operations and administrative tasks for the Ho Chi Minh office.

• Handle communication and coordination:

• Between Intergis HQ and Intergis Vina.

• Between Intergis Vina and local Vietnamese clients/partners.

• Monitor shipment progress, handle arising issues, and ensure that customer requirements are met in a timely manner.

• Perform other duties as assigned by the management team.

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, International Business, Maritime Studies, Foreign Trade, or a related field.

• Preferably 2–3 years of experience in logistics, shipping, freight forwarding, or bulk cargo operations.

• Strong communication and coordination skills; proactive and detail-oriented.

• Good command of English for daily communication (frequent interaction with HQ in Korea).

• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

• Strong customer service mindset, responsibility, and willingness to learn.
