II. Job Duties:

ONLY APPLY IF YOU CAN SPEAK KOREAN LANGUAGE

• Creating and updating a Database of Customers/Venders/Material codes, etc.

• Creating Trading contracts and inputting into the system

• Making sales Contract based on Offer sheet

• Receiving Shipment Schedule Advice

• Shipping docs for the Export customs declaration.

• Customer's PO management/ Balance Stock/Sales Record following

• Communicate with customers on L/C opening and amending status

• Communicate with oversea and Korea PIC with cargo status

• AP management and payment arrangement for all vendors

• Supporting the sales force with other general operations to help reach the team’s objectives.

• Others related job requirement

III. Job Requirements:

*** MUST HAVE: GOOD AT KOREAN (Fluency in reading and writing. Topik level 4~6 or equivalent).

• Gender: Female

• Language: Fluent in Korean (speaking and writing)

• Bachelor degree, 2-3 years of experience in the same position or related fields.

• Skills: well versed in MOS, experience in ERP system.

• Personality: detail-oriented, high organizational skills and ability to manage a number of transactions at the same time and prioritize own workload

• Priority for fresh graduated University/ College with economics major
