Operation Management Specialist

1, Build, optimize and monitor processes.

2, Find ways to reduce costs, reduce processing times and increase productivity.

3, Ensure daily operations run as planned.

4, Monitor operational KPIs (processing time, quality, cost…).

5, Analyze problems, find causes and propose solutions.

6, Prepare periodic reports for management.

7, Experience in PM or costing is preferred.

1. Chinese or English Communication

2. At least 1 year of working exp at similar position
