Operation Manager

Main Duties:

The Operation Manager (Supply, Northern Regions) is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end supply of service partners (drivers, maids, etc.) in Northern regions. The role ensures a consistent pipeline of qualified, service-ready partners to meet business growth and operational targets. Key responsibilities include acquiring qualified partners, managing onboarding processes, and executing retention initiatives to ensure a consistent, high-quality, and service-ready partner base.

1) Build a strong and scalable (supply) partner pipeline to meet growing service demand (50%):

• Lead end-to-end supply operations for service partners (drivers, maids, etc.) across Northern regions, ensuring partner availability aligns with business demand.

• Oversee and drive all acquisition activities across both online and offline channels to ensure a consistent pipeline of qualified service partners.

• Oversee and optimize the onboarding process to ensure partners are compliant, service-ready, and activated within target timelines.

2) Drive performance, engagement, and retention throughout the partner's lifecycle (35%).

• Monitor partner performance, service quality, and engagement levels; propose corrective actions for underperforming cohorts.

• Design and implement retention programs to reduce churn and maintain a stable, high-performing partner base.

• Collaborate with Marketplace, Engagement, and Operational Excellence teams to address supply challenges and improve partner quality through data-driven initiatives.

3) Ensure operational continuity through strong collaboration and performance tracking (15%):

• Prepare weekly and monthly reports on supply metrics, partner pipeline status, and regional performance highlights.

• Coordinate with relevant functions (e.g., CS, Engagement, OE, etc) to ensure smooth supply operations and issue resolution
