Operation Manager - Logistics Field

• Lead and manage daily logistics operations across the Northern region, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and cost-effectiveness.

• Oversee air and ocean freight forwarding activities, ensuring smooth coordination with carriers, agents, and clients.

• Develop, maintain, and expand partnerships with local customs clearance agents and trucking service providers.

• Drive operational excellence, implement best practices, and ensure compliance with company standards and local regulations.

• Manage and mentor the operations team, building a high-performance workforce.

• Collaborate with other departments (sales, customer service, finance, etc.) to ensure seamless service delivery.

• Monitor and analyze KPIs to identify areas for improvement and cost optimization.

• Support business growth by ensuring operational capabilities align with company expansion strategies.

• 15–20 years of proven experience in logistics and supply chain management.

• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in air and ocean freight forwarding operations.

• Demonstrated ability to manage large-scale logistics operations in Northern Vietnam.

• Established network with customs clearance and trucking service providers in the region.

• Excellent leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.

• Age around 1977 to 1982

• Experienced work for korea company previsouly

• Work at a company for at least 5 years

• Fluent in English (Chinese is a plus).
