Mô Tả Công Việc
• Build the operation system, regulations, processes, and internal rules for the factory. To ensure the company runs/operates smoothly.
• Conduct and set goals and targets for each department of the Company to complete the Company's overall goals;
• Manage and build the Human Resources apparatus. Developing long-term and short-term human resource plans; participating in recruitment activities directly.
• Train, assign, coach, monitor, and evaluate the performance of subordinate staff to ensure the completion of assigned tasks.
• Planning, setting targets, operating, and monitoring to achieve the most effective monthly, quarterly and yearly plans;
• Send periodic reports, ad-hoc reports/analysis/summaries/assessments to the BOD.
• Manage relationships with customers/suppliers/transporters/internal departments;
• Solve arising problems flexibly and ensure to comply with company rules. Consult and advise the Board of Directors on the company's activities;
• Participate in the Company's business strategy planning and propose effective and appropriate solutions for each period to guarantee the goal of profit optimization;
• Other requirements assigned directly from the CEO
• Working time: 8 am - 17 pm, from Monday to Friday, work and off Saturday is alternating between weeks.

• Qualification: University graduate or higher, preferably in Commerce, Economics, Business Administration and Law;
• Experience: At least 3 years of experience in the position of operating/ operating a manufacturing company in a foreign company;
• Have skills in checking and resetting operated systems and workflows of enterprises and departments;
• Prioritize the candidates who have experience in managing production systems in the building materials industries and logistics;
• HAVE A KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE IN PURCHASING, SALES & MARKETING, LOGISTICS, CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE, ACCOUNTING IS AN ADVANTAGE
• Have skills in synthesis and analysis, relationship building, internal/external;
• Be able to travel on business as required by the job (if any);
• Excellent English communication (listening, speaking, reading, writing);
• Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, MYOB software or similar software.
