As an Operation Manager, you have the goal to run the organization with lowest cost. Besides, you also need focus on providing quality services to the customers & improve customer satisfaction
Duties will include:
- Operate all with most cheapest cost
- Responsible for Fund Control, Product Support, Fund Accounting and Custody Oversight for the companies managed funds.
- Creating investment strategies and a plan of action
- Suggesting changes in the investment strategies in order to improve profits of the investor
- Evaluating available resources and formulating the best investment plan
- Reviewing current and future investment strategies
- Conducting research into the requirements of new investment with both internal functions teams, as well as external project partner
- Work alongside the Custody Oversight team to make sure the safety of customer fund
- Assisting with the analysis of the operating expenses to determine the asset levels at which the fund is profitable
Responsibilities will include:
- Control internal teams including Research, Operation, Marketing to support new investment launch events.
- Reviewing fund documentation to ensure operational processes are detailed accurately
- Work with other functional teams to manage the fund closure process.
- Provide operational risk assessments of current processes and work with stakeholders to resolve any issues
- Provide daily/Monthly/Quarterly performance data

3. Experience as an Operation Manager
- Love metaverse, blockchain, internet services & Have experience (or have a great interest) in using different tools
- 3+ years experience gained in Operations position and working in investment management industry in fund operation role
- Solid product knowledge and understanding of fund structures
- Strong technical skills with previous experience using fund management platforms
- In depth knowledge and strong passion of crypto, NFT, blockchain, investment
- An ability to ‘lead’ and ‘do’ providing direction and support to the team as well as personally produce work, including operational forward thinking presentations, performance data and risk management oversight
- Strong interpersonal, analytical, problem solving, organizational, prioritization, decision-making, and conflict resolution skills. The candidate will bring a positive energy, “spirit of collaboration” and partnership to the function building effective relationships across the various stakeholders/ disciplines involved in any given initiative to work towards the common business goals.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills and ability to communicate with leadership across business teams
- Experience of managing/operating in a business experiencing high growth numbers and ongoing change is advantageous.
- A global mindset is also crucial, being able to collaborate with global colleagues and partners, share best practice and identify both global and local solutions that support the client and the business.
