Operation Staff

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and process all necessary documentation for both export and import shipments, demonstrating experience in handling both types of shipments.

Communicate effectively to provide shipment visibility to customers, minimizing unnecessary costs.

• Coordinate directly with customers to ensure timely submission of SI, VGM, AMS, ISF, and import manifest.

• Issue HBL, HAWB, debit notes, arrival notices, and arrange timely payments to suppliers, meeting cost, accuracy, and timeliness targets.

• Maintain prompt correspondence and follow-up with sales offices, overseas agents, and customers to address queries and instructions.

• Ensure all required documents are prepared and compliant for annual audit purposes (service contracts, LOI, POA, etc.).

• Build and strengthen relationships with customers, suppliers, and carriers.

• Perform other tasks as assigned by management.

Working Location: 2nd floor ,Viconship Saigon buiding , 8 Đoàn Văn Bơ st, 9 ward, district 4.

• Graduated from university or college majoring in import-export, foreign trade and related disciplines.

• Ability to work independently and in a team. Be careful at work.

• Have at least 3 years experience in freight forwarding (TP trade is a plus).

• Professional and scientific working style.

• Proficient in office computer skills, English communication, and Chinese. Chinese proficiency is required in both speaking and writing.
