ㅇType of contract: Full-time
- Handle outbound/ inbound, air/ sea shipment, take care of customer service and documentation, input data in system and make payment for shipments, customs clearance procedure.
- Follow up process of transportation, handle the information and solve situation
- Issue the shipping document and provide it to Customer/ Overseas agent
- Setup timely delivery process in order to meet customers' requirement
- Making C/O -Certificate of Origin.
- Monitor the cargo status until it arrives at the final destination.
- Issue the debit note&credit note for Customer/ Overseas agent
- Establish good working relationships with Customs and other related government agencies
- Reporting immediately for any irregularities/ problem and follow-up problem solving
- Keep relationship with the key customer, shipping lines and other co-loaders.--- Look for quotation of inland and oversea freight to customers

- Well organized and detailed, able to work under high pressure.
- Must have strong communication, interpersonal and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently
