Operation Supervisor

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Analyst and plan costing, selling for consolidation container, LCL cargoes.

- Solve arising problems, support and coordinate with Sales/Cus/Docs to resolve related issues.

- Dealing with vendors/partners about international freight rates, negotiate for the lowest price.

- Research the market and evaluate the advantages of shipping lines, airlines, international agents and purpose, regularly update market information.

- Maintain and develop relationships with shipping lines, airlines, coloaders.

- Develop and implement short-term and long-term strategies and plans for Operation, CS/Documents & Pricing

- Manage overall operation, Customer service, Documents and customer relationship

- Follow team to keep updating the rates for Sales Department/ Customer

- Communication/Deal/Offer business with partner/vendor/Agent

- Obtaining new accounts/new agent and furthering current business.

- Develops and maintains relationships with customers/Agent, build up new routing.

- Close monitor with revelants team, offer promotion to Sales.

- Propose to BOD about the working plan, development methods, product strategy building

- Other related jobs under the assignment of General Manager

JOB REQUIREMENTS

- Graduated from University, majoring in Import-Export, Foreign Economic Relations, Shipping, Maritime, ... and related majors.

- Preference is given to candidates who having from 1-2 years of experienced in same position

- LCL/Consolidaiton experienced is advanataged

- Good English communication , Chinese or other language is preffered

- Agile, hardworking, responsible, careful, meticulous.

WORKING TIME: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm from Monday to Friday & from 8:00 am to 11:00 on Saturday.
