Operational Risk Senior Officer - CVCC Quản Trị Rủi Ro Hoạt Động

1. Set up, implement, provide training about operational risk management based on Internitional standards, propose Improvements to enhance effectiveness of Company's operation; 2. Implement operational risk tools (RCA, KR1, LDC); 3. Manage, analyze operational risk portfolio and provide early warning on operational risk in timely manner; 4. Set up, design operational risk reporting mechanism based on requirement of Internal Regulation and SBV Regulation; 5. Manage operational risk loss incidents, ensure data is complete, accurate and up-to-date: 6. Cooperate with related Units to handle loss events, report to manager in timelv manner; 7. Review of controls, procedures, processes and systems, recommending improvements as necessary.; 8. Others

1. Qualifications: - University degree, preferably in Banking, Finance, Risk management. 2. Knowledge/Experiences: - At east 1 ears' experience in Finance, Credit activities - At least 3 vears' experience in related job area: - At least 1 year's experience at similar position at other Credit organization is prefered. 3.
