What We Can Offer
• Prepare contract/PO/tender with Customer & other supporting Documents of Project i.e Delivery of Notice, Payment Request..etc
• Send & follow up documents to customers/vendor
• Issue Invoice/ Purchase Order
• Perform billing and follow up
• Follow up Customers to ensure payment process on time.
• Others: Administration tasks assigned by Manager.
• 5 working days per week
• Able to communicate in English (at least reading/writing) is must required.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Preferred a female & fresh graduate, working experiences of Sales/Administration are advantage.
• Range salary USD400-550
