Job Objective: To do for all admin function
Office & Inventory Management
• Manage Office Supplies: Oversee, track inventory for, and order all essential HQ supplies, including stationery, drinking water, internet services, telephone fees, and cleaning supplies
• Control Petty Cash: Accurately manage and track all Petty Cash transactions (In/ Out)
• Vendor Account Administration: Establish and manage usage limits for and create accounts for service providers like Grab and DHL
• Rental and Lease Administration: Lease Management: Handle administrative tasks related to rental works, including preparing the monthly cover sheet, tracking the rental balance, reconciling variances, managing late interest, processing rent for events, and liaising with BKK Corporate Leasing
Accounting and Invoicing Management
• Process Vendor Invoices: Receive, verify, and submit invoices from a variety of vendors (including shipping, utilities, cleaning, security, and pest control) to Headquarters (HQ) for payment processing.
• Maintain Tax Documentation: Securely file and retain all original financial documents required for tax and audit purposes.
• Manage Bank Transactions: Prepare and submit documents for cash deposits. Complete and submit necessary forms to open, close, or revise authorized signatories on bank accounts. Request Withholding Tax (WHT) confirmation forms as needed.
• Billing Verification: Accurately check and reconcile Trasas & LF billing statements.
Compliance and Reporting
• Government & Tax Liaison: Prepare and submit required official letters to the Government, such as Loan Extension Letters.
• Reporting: Prepare and submit the mandatory Statistics Report as required.
Other duties may be assigned by the Line Manager based on business needs.

• Bachelor of Accounting or related discipline
• 2-3 years experience on administrative or accounting support.
• Responsible, meticulous, strong commitment.
• Strong organizational and teamwork skills.
• Business English.
• Proficient office computer skills and Accounting Software.
