Operations & Documentation Executive

• Coordinate and monitor export shipment operations (loading, cut-off, ETD/ETA).

• Liaise with factories, warehouses, forwarders, shipping lines.

• Prepare and control export documents: Invoice, Packing List, B/L, Health Certificate, C/O, test reports.

• Ensure consistency between sales confirmation, actual cargo, and documentation.

• Track logistics costs and report any potential extra charges in advance.

• Provide timely shipment updates and risk alerts to management.

• Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, International Trade, or related fields.

• Experience in export operations/documentation (seafood or frozen cargo is a plus).

• Solid understanding of export procedures and shipping documents.

• Detail-oriented, proactive, able to work under tight deadlines.

• Good English reading & writing for documentation and emails.
