Operations Coordinator (Freight Forwarding Company)

• Coordinate and manage export and import operations for sea and air shipments.

• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and documentation requirements.

• Communicate effectively with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to facilitate smooth operations.

• Monitor shipment status and provide timely updates to stakeholders.

• Assist in resolving any operational issues that may arise during the shipping process.

• Maintain accurate records of shipments and related documentation.

• Support the development and implementation of process improvements to enhance efficiency.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in export/import operations for sea/air shipments.

• Proficient in both written and spoken English.

• University graduate with a degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and proactive mindset.

• Familiarity with logistics software and tools is a plus.
