Operations (Deputy) Manager (Air; Sea Logistics)

• Oversee day-to-day operations for air and sea freight services.

• Develop and implement standard operating procedures to ensure efficient logistics processes.

• Lead, train, and manage a growing team of operations staff.

• Coordinate with clients, carriers, customs agents, and overseas partners to ensure timely delivery and compliance.

• Monitor KPIs and performance metrics to identify improvement opportunities.

• Ensure compliance with local and international shipping regulations.

• Collaborate with other departments (sales, customer service, finance) to provide seamless logistics solutions.

• Resolve operational issues and customer complaints effectively and professionally.

• Over 5 years of hands-on experience in air and sea logistics operations.

• Proven leadership or team supervisory experience.

• Strong knowledge of international shipping regulations and documentation.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Fluent in English.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, startup-like environment.

Preferred:

• Experience working in a startup or newly logistics company setup.

• Familiarity with logistics software and digital freight platforms.
