Operations Executive

- Automated Manifest System (AMS) Filing: Manage the timely and accurate submission of cargo manifest data through the AMS. Ensure compliance with US customs regulations for all relevant Port of Loads. - CargoWise System Management: Utilize and navigate the CargoWise system efficiently for AMS filing and related operations. Ensure seamless integration of CargoWise with overall logistics processes. - Documentation Management: Oversee the preparation and organization of shipping documents required for AMS filing. Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to gather necessary information for filing. - Regulatory Compliance: Stay updated on customs regulations in the specified territories and changes in regional filing requirements. Implement and communicate any regulatory updates to relevant stakeholders. - Communication and Coordination: Liaise with customs authorities, shipping lines, and other relevant parties in the specified territories to resolve filing-related issues. Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless integration of filing processes with overall logistics operations. - Quality Control: Conduct meticulous audits to verify the accuracy and completeness of filed AMS data. Implement corrective actions and improvements based on detailed audit findings.

- 3 years of experience in customs operations, documentation, and handling AMS filing. - Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience. - Previous experience in operations and Automated Manifest System filing. - Proficiency in using the CargoWise system for logistics and filing processes. - Knowledge of customs regulations and documentation requirements in Vietnam, Cambodia, Indonesia, and China is a value plus. - Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and a meticulous approach. - Effective communication and collaboration skills. - Be good at reading & written in English. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
