Responsibilities:
1. Conduct day-to-day operational tasks which may include infra operations, finance operations and sales operations
2. Form and modify processes to improve and automate the business
3. Work hand-in-hand with other service teams and engineers to clear operational roadblocks and processes
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
2. A high working level of English. Communication in English is key to this role as they will communicate with other regional staff and/ or customers. Experience dealing with international partners or telesales/ customer service experience would be useful.
3. Comfortable to work with processes and comprehend why the such process is needed
4. Meticulous with data and numbers. A working knowledge of data skills such as excel, powerpoint, word and office. Some accounting or finance experience will be advantageous but not necessary.
5. Problem solver and a good planning ability to improve operational processes.
6. Interest in technology and software as a service is favoured with no need for a telecoms background.
