Job Description

The Senior Travel Consultant & Operations is part of the Operations Department at JD Tours. At the core of our work is making our clients fall in love with our efficiency, organization, and punctuality and going above and beyond to

ensure clients have the best experience while in Vietnam. The Senior Operations Executive has an excellent relationship with our local partners in Vietnam and can work independently to ensure itineraries are operated correctly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assisting Manager in building cost and planning for new series.

• Providing the sell rate and itinerary details for private bookings upon requests.

• Checking all information when receiving manifest and liaising with operations team for placing airport transfers and special requests.

• Assisting Line Manager in solving on the ground issues as well as customer service.

• Tending the customer hotline on a rotating basis.

• Nurture excellent relationships with local service providers, other JD Tours entities, and clients

• Advise on weather conditions, restaurants, tourist attractions, local festivals etc.

• To resolve proactively any complaints, queries, and concerns regarding services

• Other tasks as directed by Line Manage

Requirements and qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree preferably in Tourism, Business or Communications

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar position

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Good command of the English language both written and spoken.

• Proven track record in problem solving.

• Self-motivated and able to work under pressure.

• Good organizational skills.

• Computer literate - Microsoft Office.
