The Seller Operation Solution (SOS) team focuses on various topics, with one goal in mind: make the experience of sellers on Shopee to as smooth and as positive as possible. To achieve this, SOS engages in studying and striving to understand what, why and how sellers are doing what they are doing. SOS then suggests improvements on seller's operation processes (to adhere to Shopee’s operational policies), coordinate with internal Shopee teams to develop features for sellers, or even adjust policies for sellers.
Our team hopes to ensure the satisfaction of both sellers and buyers on Shopee, making it the ultimate shopping experience!
• Act as main point of contact point for managed sellers for all operational inquiries
• Resolve seller’s operation related questions & concerns according to Standard Operating Procedures
• Monitor seller’s operation performance (e.g. cancellation rate, late shipment rate, backlog movement, etc.)
• Alert critical issues to Business Development & other teams to offer quick resolutions for sellers
• Build & maintain strong relationship with sellers to gain in-depth understanding of seller’s insights
• Leverage those insights to assist & brainstorm with team leader to develop solutions to identified problems
• Collaborate with commercial teams to prepare seller before sales campaign & ensure seller’s capability to fulfill high order uplift
• Perform other duties as assigned by the line manager
• Have knowledge/ experience in e-commerce industry is a plus
• Good communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills
• Possess a customer-oriented mindset
• Good at data analysis skills and Microsoft Excel is a big plus
• Desire to learn and desire to understand how the world works
