1. Factory Setup & Initial Operations Management Oversee factory setup, renovation, equipment installation, and production line layout. Establish and improve production, quality, HR, administrative, and financial management systems and processes. Ensure the factory operates at the highest standards, meeting customer requirements for quality, cost, and delivery. 2. Team Building & Leadership Recruit, build, train, and manage a cross-functional local core team. Foster a positive corporate culture and enhance team cohesion and fighting spirit. 3. Market Development & Business Growth Develop and implement market entry strategies, brand positioning, and comprehensive business development plans for the Vietnam factory. Identify, evaluate, and develop target customers, focusing on potential international and local clients in consumer electronics, automotive, etc. Lead the sales team (may need to personally develop clients initially), conduct client visits, technical exchanges, price negotiations, and finalize contracts. Build and maintain long-term strategic relationships with key clients and partners. Analyze market trends, competitor dynamics, and industry policies to inform product and pricing strategies. 4. Strategy & Comprehensive Management Participate in setting short- and long-term strategic goals, annual budgets, and business plans for the Vietnam company. Responsible for the company's profit and loss, financial performance, cost control, and profit margins. Regularly report business status, market progress, risks, and improvement plans to headquarters. 1.工厂筹建与运营管理 监督工厂的筹建装修、设备安装调试、生产线布局等初期设立工作。 建立和完善工厂的生产、质量、人事、行政和财务管理制度与流程。 确保工厂以最高标准运行,满足客户在质量、成本和交货期方面的要求。 2.团队建设与领导 招聘、组建、培训和管理一支跨职能的本地化核心团队。 塑造积极向上的企业文化,提升团队凝聚力和战斗力。 3.市场开拓与业务发展 制定并执行越南工厂的市场进入战略、品牌定位和全面的业务发展计划。 主动识别、评估和开拓目标客户,重点聚焦于消费电子、汽车等行业的潜在国际和本地客户。 领导销售团队(初期可能需要亲自开拓),进行客户拜访、技术方案交流、报价谈判,直至完成合同签订。 建立并维护与关键客户、合作伙伴的长期战略关系。 分析市场趋势、竞争对手动态和行业政策,为公司的产品策略和定价策略提供决策依据。 4.战略与全面管理 参与制定越南公司的短期及长期战略目标、年度预算和业务计划。 负责越南公司的损益,对公司的财务业绩、成本控制和利润率负责。 向集团总部定期汇报经营状况、市场进展、风险挑战及改进方案。
Yêu cầu công việc
1.10+ years in injection molding, 5+ years in Vietnam as GM/Deputy GM/Operations Manager or Sales/Business Director. 2.Experience in comprehensive factory management, deep understanding of injection molding processes and cost structure. 3.Strong financial knowledge, able to read and analyze financial statements, strong cost control awareness. 4.Successful experience managing local teams in Vietnam, deep understanding of labor law, business culture, and practices. 5.Effective communication and collaboration with headquarters. 6.Bachelor’s degree or above, fluent in Chinese and English (Vietnamese preferred). 1.10年以上注塑成型行业经验,其中5年以上在越南地区担任过工厂总经理/副总/运营经理或销售/业务总监职位。 2.具备全面管理一家工厂的经验,深刻理解注塑生产的各个环节(模具、注塑、喷涂、组装)及其成本构成。 3.具备出色的财务知识,能够阅读和分析财务报表,有强烈的成本控制意识。 4.具备在越南管理本地团队的成功经验,深刻理解越南劳动法、商业文化和商业惯例。 5.能够有效地与集团总部进行沟通和协作。 6.本科及以上学历,中文及英语听写读流利,会越南语更佳。
