Operations Manager (Packaging Industry)

• Manage daily operations including order processing, inventory tracking, and logistics coordination.

• Work closely with vendors to ensure product availability and on-time delivery.

• Cooperate with the U.S Sales Team, lead and support the execution of new packaging projects, including vendors development, material sourcing, pricing, samples.

• Implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.

• Ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem resolution.

• Oversee and support team members in their daily tasks.

• Liaise with the US Finance department, local accountant, and bank.

• Authorized to sign documents on behalf of the company, including Sales Contracts, Invoices, Packing Lists, and other related documents.

• Minimum of five years of experience, specifically in the packaging industry

• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in the printing and packaging sector

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Project, Word, Excel, SharePoint, and PowerPoint

• Proven leadership skills

• Demonstrated ability to assess risk, opportunity, problem-solve, and plan contingencies

• Clear and consistent communication and influence skills, including the ability to influence without authority

• Fluency in English is required
