Job Summary:
Premier EMS is seeking a dynamic and strategic Operations Manager to oversee and optimize the delivery and performance of our key technology-driven service lines, including Robotic Process Automation (RPA), Payroll Services, Digital Facility Management, and Automated Security & Safety Solutions. This role requires a proactive leader with a deep understanding of operational excellence, digital transformation, and customer-centric service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, (Engineering, Information Technology, or related fields is advantage) (MBA preferred).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in operations management, preferably in tech-enabled services or facility management.
• Proven leadership and project management skills.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Fluent in English
