Operations Staff - Day Shift & Night Shift (Work From Home)

***Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Operations Staff to join our team in Ho Chi Minh City. You will be responsible for managing the operational activities for sea/air shipments, ensuring a seamless, timely, and efficient service for our clients.

***Key Responsibilities:

1. Liaise with overseas agents, Shipper/Cnee, shipping lines/airlines, co-loaders, and other vendors to coordinate bookings and ensure a smooth cargo flow.

2. Prepare, verify, and manage all necessary shipping documentation, including Bills of Lading (HBL/MBL), Arrival Notices, Delivery Orders, and Pre-alerts.

3. Proactively track shipments and provide timely and accurate status updates to clients and internal stakeholders.

4. Ensure all data is accurately entered and maintained in the company's freight management system.

5. Handle vendor invoices and issue debit notes (DN) to customers in a timely manner.

6. Collaborate closely with the Sales, Customer Service, and Customs teams to deliver a cohesive service experience.

7. Identify and resolve any operational issues, delays, or discrepancies promptly and professionally.

1. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Foreign Trade, or a related field.

2. A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in the logistics or freight forwarding industry is preferred.

3. Good command of English (both written and verbal) is required.

4. Solid understanding of import/export procedures, Incoterms, and international shipping documentation.

5. Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

6. Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.

7. A proactive mindset and strong problem-solving skills.
