Operations Support - Data Processing

- Cleaning raw data and processing data into provided templates using Ms Excel and other internal data tools. - Conducting daily outbound telephone calling (50-100 calls per day) to collect data. - In-charge to extract data, process and deliver data for monthly and quarterly data projects with overseas customers. - Other tasks assigned by the Management Team. - Working hours: Mon-Fri from 8:30am to 5:30pm, working only on-site in the office. - Laptop and other tools are provided by the company.

- Fresh Grad or Graduates from College or University in Technology or Business major. - MUST be excellent in MS Excel skills (Preferable). - Comfortable to make daily telephone calls (50-100 calls) in Vietnamese language. - Good English communication is a plus (TOEIC 650 or the equivalents). - Having a teamwork spirit and willing to learn for continuous improvement. - Possessing a careful and meticulous working method.
