Order Entry (Nhân Viên Nhập Liệu - KCN Long Hậu)

1. Order Processing:

- Verify information before entering orders into the system by product lines.

- Accurately input customer orders into our ordering system, ensuring all information is correct and minimizing the wrong orders during entering.

- Process orders in a timely and efficient manner to meet customer delivery expectations.

- Maintain accurate data entry records and ensure the order processing system is updated in real-time.

- Participate in continuous process improvement initiatives to ensure maximum efficiency in the order entry process.

- Learn about team's orders to back up teammates when having a high workload.

2. Coordination with related teams:

- Look around orders in team and be ready to work overtime to balance and share orders with teammates.

- Collaborate within team members and other teams to process and clear pending orders daily.

- Check and provide accurate order information in case of issue's clarification with related departments.

3. Order Administration:

- Arrange and control all orders for passing to production as scheduled daily.

- Follow up and manage orders to ensure there are no missing cases.

- Record and monitor time to receive and complete orders

- College or Bachelor’s Degree

- 0-1 years working experience

- Good written, verbal and telephone skills in Vietnamese (English is preferred)

- Highly preferable based in Long An (Tay Ninh) - Long Hau IZ nearby

- Understanding of applicable computer systems, such as Microsoft Office, Google Apps, and function specific software

- Effective communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize arrangement

- Fast typing skill (45 WPM)

- Familiarity with order management systems or ERP systems is a plus
