Reporting to the Supply Chain Manager, the Order Fulfilment Specialist will be responsible for managing the order-to-cash (O2C) process including order entry, administration, and shipping. Oversees the order tracking process and
ensures orders are processed in accordance with the organization's customer service standards. The individual will be required to support reporting and analysis as per assigned by manager
Main tasks
Including but not limited to:
- Responsible for complete Order-to-Cash (O2C) process, using defined IT platforms, as key Business Support-ing Function
- Order-to-Cash (O2C) Process includes:
o Processing of customer orders in SAP upon receipt via different channels / platforms
o Issuing Purchase Orders / manage Cross-Company Purchase (CCP) to factories / suppliers
o Follow-up on customer orders (new/aging) to ensure timely fulfilment of goods, services and infor-mation to customers.
o Monitor open purchase orders / inbound deliveries from factories and suppliers
o Preparation of documents (Invoices / Delivery Notes) for scheduled deliveries
o Coordinate with warehouse / 3PLs on shipment schedules / deliveries to customers
o Handle return goods process (excess or defective) from customers; and to factories / suppliers
- Ensure processes to manage transactions of goods and services in various IT platforms, are 100% in compli-ance with standard operating procedures
- Work in partnership / close collaboration with cross functional teams (i.e. Finance / Sales & Administration / IT / HR / Regulatory) etc
- Addressing any daily logistics operational issues with service providers
- Participate in operational activites when required, example annual stock take and reconciliation, audits by
internal and external regulatory boards
- Support in the implementation of projects to drive continuous process improvements
- Support Business Function in monthly reporting as assigned by Manager
- Any other duties and responsibilities as directed by Manager
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
Education:
- Diploma and/or Degree in Business Administration / Supply Chain / Logistics or related fields
Experience:
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Supply Chain / Logistics / Order Fulfilment
Other skills:
- Proficiency in SAP / Excel Marco & PowerPoint Skills
- Knowledge in CRM will be an added advantage
- Meticulous, process-driven to ensure key processes are abiding to regulatory and audit requirements
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- A team player with high level of dedication
- Ability to work efficiently in a pressurized environment with good work ethnic
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
