Responsible to manage the “issue of the Sales orders, billing & enable product delivery to the customers timely” in coordination with back-office & the Service/Sales team and customer.
Key tasks:
1. Create daily Sales Order/ warranty orders/ New- Renew Service orders in Baan system following the company process and policy & key Sales Order number in CRM (SaleForce.com - SF).
2. Confirm purchase orders to Logistic 2 times per week and follow up until goods arrival.
3. Prepare delivery/ billing documents and working closely with cross-functional Division/ customer to deliver the products/ service to the customer in fast and correctly.
4. Support Service Engineers/ Sales in preparing documents: authorized letters, sales contracts and also after-sales support including the documents to be provided to the customer for the payment.
5. Follow up on long Orders/Projects/order delays with the Service/ Sales Engineer team.
6. Prepare customer master data and update new customer ID in SF
7. Local item support: working with the Supplier about the cost and review all term in the contract and get approve follow approval authorization.
8. Check demo stock list in physically and report demo from service team to OM Leader.
9. Actively extend any add-on support to Service/ Sales Engineers or the customer in need
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, marketing, or a related field
- At least 2 years’ experience in the back office or Sales Administration
- Customer service experience is of advantage
- Good communication, careful, negotiation and interpersonal skill
- Good English in both speaking and writing
- Flexible and willing to work extra if need be
- Good in Word/Excel/ PowerPoint
