Order Management Senior Executive

Position: Singapore Grohe Order Management Senior Executive (based in Vietnam)

Role Objective: The role is to ensure information of orders accurately, timely and aim at maximizing sales

performance, and customer satisfaction, strengthening partnership with commercial partners

to ensure operational excellence across Singapore

Key Responsibilities:

Singapore OMT Operation:

● Timely and accurate sales order processing under company compliance and policy,

including proactive management of backlogs and communication on status of delivery.

● Providing estimated materials available date following Project request, improve products

availability with Regional SCM supports according to the customer’s request date.

● Following up all customer complaints with vendors, including but not limited to customer

Claim defect replacement, Short shipped, Wrong Shipped and ensure that the Credit note

has been issued.

● Following up the whole ordering process from customer inquiry, to order placement,

logistics arrangement, invoicing, delivery, and following up on outstanding payments and

final payment.

● Optimizing processes to speed up the work and productivity improvement to maximize

customer satisfaction

● Report preparation as request and documents filing

● Knowledge: Bachelor’s degree in business, Operations Management or related field

● Language: Must be fluent in English

● +5 years of sales support background related to industry experience

● Good communication, interpersonal skills, presentation capabilities

● Self-motivated and ability to work under stress
