This role is crucial for developing the Retail channel, which includes drugstores, chains, key accounts, e-commerce, pharmaceutical companies, and wholesalers. The key responsibilities are to meet sales targets that are aligned with the marketing strategy and work closely with the relevant Field Force team Description * Identify commercial potential of assigned territory/accounts * Maintain up-to-date retail/omni-channel distribution network and market insights * Achieve sales targets by: Direct field execution and Collaborating with cross-functional teams on pricing, promotions, and strategy alignment * Build strong relationships with key accounts and relevant teams to maximize performance * Enhance Santen's presence and reputation in the Vietnamese pharma market * Recommend strategies to maximize business penetration based on market intelligence Profile Qualifications: University degree or higher in Medical/Pharmacy field, with an MBA preferred Exposure to similar Key Account Management roles in FMCG/OTC industries and omni-channel environments Skills and Experience: Extensive knowledge of retail/omni-channel distribution dynamics Proven ability to develop trust-based relationships with key accounts Strong negotiation skills Deep understanding of FMCG/OTC products Personal Attributes: Passionate about business development and people networking Demonstrated teamwork skills and collaborative mindset Job Offer * Competitive compensation scheme including an annual performance bonus * Opportunity to join a multinational healthcare with long term career development * You might find above requirements may have some miss/match to your experience but exciting though to explore further.
