** For our accounting branch we are looking for accountants with the responsibilities outlined below:
- Perform and review the accounting works for preparation of financial statements and other required reports in a timely and accurate manner;

- Prepare and review all statutory tax declarations;

- Prepare and review payroll for local and foreign employees, including calculation and declaration;

- Ensure that the accounting, tax and advisory services provided to clients are at the highest level of tax effectiveness, compliant with Vietnam and/or Singapore current laws and regulations as well as compatible with clients’ internal practices;

- Work with independent auditors during audit process and other third parties i.e. tax, customs, social insurance, suppliers, etc. on behalf of clients if required;

- Maintain good communication with clients, answer their questions and advise them on tax and accounting compliance and effectiveness;

- Identify significant issues/risks from daily transactions of client’s activities, timely raise the issues and propose solutions to the clients.
