Job description: Outsourcing/Accounting Manager

Outsourcing/Accounting Manager is responsible for reporting to Partner and will have direct responsibility as follows:

- Supervise the works of staffs in outsourcing/accounting department to assist them fulfill their assigned duty;

- Maintain good relationship with clients;

- Review report issued;

- Overall responsibility for accounting works ensuring that professional standards are adhered to;

- Lead and coach staffs in the outsourcing department: conduct training for accounting staff and update knowledge on tax regulations Accounting standards, etc.;

- Review staff performance;

- Keep up to date on all Vietnamese laws and regulations that relate to finance and accounting matters;

- Other tasks as required by Partner.

Required skills/experiences: Candidates need to fulfill the following criteria:

- University graduates in finance and accounting/auditing with experienced in outsourcing services or position of Outsourcing/Accounting Manager;

- CA or CPA or ACCA would be an advantage;

- Strong English language capabilities;

- Good leadership and communication skills;

- Good staff management and time management skill;

- Deadline-oriented, hard-working, responsible and willing to learn; and

- Can work under high pressure, adaptable, flexible; mature attitude and highly committed

Job location: Hanoi
