Outsourcing Staff – Customer Service Department (CSD) (the contract Period is One Year and May be Extended)

- Generally, acting as a Client Service Officer and supporting the Relationship Managers to provide a high quality of service to the Branch’s customers. Responsible in performing Know Your Customer (KYC) checks on the Bank’s corporate customers, in an accurate and timely manner to ensure that the Bank is in compliance with local regulations, relevant legislation and MUFG’s internal guidelines and policies. Specifically, the detailed job description is as below: - Processing daily transactions under instruction & confirmation from RMs: + Account issues (Account opening, Account information change …) + Non-credit transaction (Time deposit other document processing…) + Credit transaction (Loan, Trade finance …) - Pending control to remind RMs of original docs collection: + Control pending items in terms of maturity date, number of pending + Overnight pending - CSD administration tasks: + Document safe keeping control + Document coordination with other departments KYC: - KYC preparation and review

- University degree in finance, banking or economics - Working experience in banking is an advantage - Good interpersonal, communication and teamwork skills - Proficient in English (communication, presentation, writing)
