BIS Hanoi looking for potential candidates for the position Part-time Exam Invigilator to support with invigilation in the upcoming session for IBDP and IGCSE examinations. This is an important role in ensuring the delivery and integrity of our external examinations.

Job Description:

• Monitor students during examinations to ensure compliance with exam regulations and integrity.

• Provide assistance to students as needed while maintaining a respectful examination environment.

• Prepare examination rooms prior to the start of assessments.

• Ensure all exam materials are handled according to established protocols.

• Respond to any issues or emergencies that may arise during the examination.

• Collaborate with the examination coordinator and other staff to facilitate a smooth examination process.

• Report any irregularities to the appropriate authorities.

• Participate in training sessions as required to stay updated on exam protocols.

Duration: 24 April - 3 June

Working hours: Flexible, part-time hours depending on the examination schedule
