POSITION OVERVIEW
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Partner Growth Manager to oversee the performance and expansion of Vietpay’s distribution partners across Vietnam.
This role is pivotal in driving revenue growth through partner channels by managing and developing a team of Business Coaches who directly support and grow our partner networks. The Partner Growth Manager will provide leadership, training, and strategic direction to ensure each partner and coach is equipped to build their portfolios of merchants and collaborators.
You must have a strong background in sales management, partner development, and relationship building, as well as excellent communication skills in both Vietnamese and English.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Sales Team Management
• Lead, train, and motivate a team of 3–10 Business Coaches responsible for supporting and growing partner portfolios.
• Set clear performance goals, monitor results, and ensure accountability for sales targets.
• Develop structured coaching programs and performance improvement plans.
• Design and implement strategies to drive continuous sales growth and productivity.
2. Partner Relationship & Retention
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key distribution partners.
• Act as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for assigned partners.
• Develop and execute retention and recognition programs to enhance partner loyalty and engagement.
• Identify and address early warning signs of partner disengagement to sustain motivation and performance.
3. Network Growth & Expansion
• Support partners in expanding their merchant and collaborator networks.
• Design tools, incentives, and training programs to help partners replicate success.
• Collaborate with internal teams to launch multi-channel partner growth campaigns and localized engagement initiatives.
4. Business & Financial Development
• Design and refine financial models, commission structures, and incentive programs aligned with company objectives.
• Track and analyze partner performance metrics to measure productivity and profitability.
• Provide actionable insights to improve partner incentive schemes based on data and feedback.
• Experience with P&L ownership and commission design is a strong advantage.
5. Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Partner Development teams to ensure an integrated partner experience.
• Gather and communicate partner feedback, pain points, and market insights to internal teams.
• Contribute to improving processes and developing innovative solutions that enhance partner satisfaction and growth.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in sales management, distribution network development, or partnership growth.
• Proven track record in managing and motivating sales teams.
• Demonstrated success in partner retention and relationship management.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Analytical and data-driven mindset with an understanding of incentive and affiliate models.
• Excellent organizational and stakeholder management abilities.
• Fluent in Vietnamese and English (both spoken and written).
• Strong ability to communicate clearly in English with executive management and technical teams.
