Sales - Ensure full understanding of Nisai’s programmes and pricing guidelines. - Adhere to the SOP in sales, including telecalls, sending emails, following up where necessary. - Ensure a high degree of accuracy in the information provided to prospective clients. - Develop good relationships and ensure excellent customer relationship management to gain a clear understanding of all clients’ needs. - Ensure all inquires and telephones from prospective clients are answered in a timely and professional manner. - Deliver sales presentations to clients on an individual and group basis ensuring Nisai’s presentation standards are upheld. - Participate in all sales activities, including telecalls, seeding an pitching to generate leads and secure new business to meet or exceed sales goals (KPI). Attend exhibitions, seminars, webinars and any other networking opportunity. - Update of Sales CRM System regularly. All contact must be recorded and tracked using CRM. - Help determine the necessary of promotions and use of sales initiatives effectively to identify and follow up opportunities with prospective clients. - Chase deposits and balance of payment from clients. - Preparing weekly and monthly reports. Business Development - Full understanding of client and market requirements to develop new products/services, ensuring no cross-selling opportunities are missed and to increase the awareness and market penetration of Nisai. - To be aware of ongoing developments in the education industry. - Maintain maximum levels of competitor awareness, product knowledge, and market intelligence. - Conduct market research, gather information to identify business opportunities and generate reports as requested. Partnership Coordinator - Support the Business & Marketing Manager to maintain a good relationship with the sales channel in Vietnam, including hubs, advocates and agents. - Re-directing phone calls or taking and passing on accurate messages for other members of Nisai in all locations. - Handling day-to-day administrative and secretarial tasks such as compiling reports, filing, maintaining and safekeeping of records and essential documentation, etc. Marketing Support. - Collaborate with Marketing & Event Executive to identify and develop campaigns to support the sales effort whilst providing effective R.O.I to achieve sales objectives. - Ensure targeted marketing activity can take place effectively to generate new leads. - Support in marketing & communication activities and student recruitment events such as online/offline webinars, educational fairs, seminars, conferences, meetings, and training events as requested. - Admission for students from partners. Duties & Compliance - Be aware of, and comply with, policies and procedures relating to child protection, health and safety, confidentiality, and data protection, reporting all concerns to an appropriate person. - Ensure all communications are Data Protection compliant. - Escalate any safeguarding issues in a timely and confidential manner. - Ensure all company policies and procedures are adhered to. - Distribute the end-of-term reports, any bespoke reporting requests as well as certificates throughout the academic year. - Ensure excellent communications with other internal staff. Share positive news and case studies with the Marketing team. - Ensure maximum knowledge of subjects and course specifications. - Ensure that all company assets are protected. - Take part in Continual Professional Development - Carry out any other tasks given to ensure that high standards are maintained. - Providing support to other colleagues to ensure that all priorities are met

Yêu cầu công việc

Requirements - 1y+ of experience in related field is a plus - Excellent communication skills (oral and written). IELTS 6.5 is a plus - Able to work to tight deadlines and multi-task effectively - Ability to develop productive relationships with other teams around the network Benefits - Gross Salary: 9,000,000 - 12,000,000 VND (agreement according to capacity) - Fast-paced and multinational working environment - Supportive and professional colleagues - Internal Training (Technical & Functional) - S.I, 12 days leave per year - Salary reviews every year Working hours - Mondays to Fridays: 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM (work at the office) - Saturdays: 1:30 PM to 5:00 PM (work from home) Place: Gold Tower Building, 275 Nguyen Trai, Thanh Xuan, Ha Noi
