• Propose detail actions plan of how to explore list of partners followed executions phases and to marketing The Gallerie and PruPlanenrs image to potential clients.
• Be responsible for coordination/execution of sales activities together with PruPlanners toward agreed partners, which includes but not limited to:
o Fact finding, negotiation and proposal of MOU.
o Pitching and sales material preparation; making announcement of the corporation toward partners via proper marketing tools showing USP of the scheme reserved for corporate clients, business owners, management levels and staff.
o Execution of roadshow at clients locations.
o Coordination with sales team for sales plan for each partner.
o Following and tracking sales and after-sales activities to ensure outstanding services for partners.
• Be responsible for APE and quality of each partners; be responsible for partner sources and follow with common targets with sales function.
• Timely assessment of corporation scheme and propose for improvement.
• Perform reports on weekly or requested basis to managers.
• Be a good team-player in coordinate, support and lead other people of other functions to perform/complete their tasks in order to ensure quality of tasks assigned in timely manner.
• Be accountable for fostering a compliance culture as well as managing operational & compliance risks by liaising with the Compliance Coordinator to implement PVA internal controls & Group Compliance Policies.
• Direct the enforcement of need-based sales process, policies & procedures, local regulations, internal control & operational risks to ensure full adherence to PVA legal and regulatory requirements across the functional area of The Gallerie South/North.
