Job description
● Create insightful and ultimately acquisition plans (including definition, SOP, Terms & Conditions, projection) for collaborating with social sellers, specializing in the Tiktok platform.
● Build a pipeline of social sellers to connect and acquire;
● In charge of optimizing Sellers’s performance to achieve overall KPI of GMV and NMV for brand campaigns ;
● Build up and manage a dedicated team to achieve KPIs.
● Work with other teams to onboard Sellers to Ecomobi TAP/TSP/MCN;
● Knowledge of KOL/ Influencer to join the operation process in each projects;
● Provide insight and feedback to BD/Planner team to design and develop proposals for purpose of pitching with clients/brands ;
● Follow progress with campaign management teams to make sure our high performance and commitments are always delivered.
Job requirements
● Qualifications: Bachelor's degree (Sales/Marketing major or equivalence is a referral).
● Experience/Knowledge:
- Experience in wholesale/ retails in Health & Beauty industry is a must;
- At least 3 years experience in a Business Development, Sales or Account Manager role;
- Solid understanding of online selling practices including major platforms like Tiktok, Shopee, Facebook is preferable.
- High level of demonstrated sales skills based on actual success stories achieved.

- Basic Office working skill (Word, Excel, Powerpoints, etc.)
