The Partnership Manager is responsible for the management and success of corporate sales and partnerships, through driving bulk sales to meet/exceed sales targets.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Develop, build, and manage a client base of corporate accounts
• Define and develop reporting on sales pipeline and performance KPI’s.
• Oversee the sales process at each stage from quote to fulfilment and follow up
• Work with the General Manager to develop and execute Corporate Sales initiatives
• Prospect new clients via sales calls, direct mail, email and networking events
• Follow up on leads generated through sales offices, research and promotional events
• Analyse sales trends, track unit sales, and generate gross margin reports
• Generate monthly budgets and sales forecasts
• Participate in trade shows, conferences, and community events to help promote the corporate program
• Investigate and troubleshoot customer service issues

Managing Sales Performance
• Weekly Plans set for scheduled appointments
• Weekly sales updates and progress reports on perspective partnerships
• Tracking sales performance through effective use of all performance reports
• Manage the collection, collation, and distribution of all sales support information, both internal and external
Client Relationship Management
• Maintain ongoing relationships with the General Manager and Key personnel of Accor in your region
• Ensure customer feedback/requests are handled promptly and forwarded to Member Services where appropriate
• Notify General Manager of all ongoing client/member difficulties
Administration
• Manage and ensure accurate weekly reporting to General Manager
• Set Weekly Plans for scheduled appointments
• Weekly sales updates and progress reports on all clients
PROFILE:
• Vietnamese Nationality
• Bachelor degree in related field and at least 2-3 years’ experience
• Good command of writing and speaking English is preferable
• Strong Communication and Negotiation skills
• Be computer literate (Word/Excel)
• Having time management, planning with result focus
• Having organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage own workload
• Hand on and having solid knowledge in Corporate Sales field
• Ability to create and have Innovative thinking
