Partnership The Marketing Manager is primarily responsible for the marketing and development strategy for the Banking specialty category via partnership campaign activities. The function is NOT expected to do "sales," but rather to give Marketing experience to support Business Development stakeholders win the key strategic merchants (through well-designed Marketing solutions) and then drive their growth during the incubation time (through campaigns & communication plans). The position will manage synergies, acquire partners, and act as a liaison between marketing and sales departments. The candidate will collaborate closely with the Product, Commercial, and Digital teams to plan and execute marketing activities and campaigns aimed at growing not just the program's brand awareness but also the visibility and engagement of partners in using services related to the program.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
● Strategic planning and category development for partners’ brand campaigns and activities in the year. Execute partnership strategies for both new and current partnership, initiatives and manage thematic activities or event campaigns.
● Manage cross-functional initiatives that bring positive impacts on brand, partner and business performance; ensure effectiveness and maximizing upside in business partnership
● Maintain close relationships and proactively collaborate with partners’ Marketing PIC to develop co-promotion campaigns, co-branding activities & other win-win marketing solutions.
● Manage consistent communications across all public and customer channels
● Supervise advertising, product design and other forms of marketing to maintain consistency in branding for activities that relate to partnership
● Strategize and negotiate with potential partners (marketing branding proposals, commercial terms, contracts,…);
● Assist Head of Marketing in planning and executing Partnership Marketing activities to support on GalaxyJoy Branding.
● Other related duties requested by line manager.

A. Education & Work Experience
● University Degree with Marketing Background is an advantage
● 5+ years experience in doing Marketing for Card product and eBanking (priority), in consumer retail banking field.
● Demonstrable experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including executive management, project & product management.
● Can produce PowerPoint slides & verbally present in both English & Vietnamese
● Familiar with fast-paced working environment, quick adaptation to handle multiple product marketing projects at a time, with many stakeholders.
● Good sense of product and commercial instinct with a result-driven mindset
● Proven network and in-depth understanding, and ability to build relationships
● High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple competing priorities effectively.
● Strong verbal, written and communications skills in English required.
