BACKGROUND DESCRIPTION:
Go Vacation Vietnam is a DMC under DER Touristik Group, aiming to provide the most comprehensive selec-tion of vacation opportunities with a friendly, efficient and personal service to European tour operations, as well as individual travelers seeking tailor-made itineraries.
POSITION PURPOSE:
Reports to Accounting, Finance & HR Manager of Go Vacation Vietnam. The Payable accountant, based in HCMC, supports the team in the provision of accounting work for the management and employees of Go Va-cation Vietnam.
JOB SPECIFICATIONS:
• Review and handle purchase invoices from vendors and service providers in a timely manner;
• Keep track of outstanding balances with all vendors;
• Perform routinely reconciliation with booking system to ensure completeness of data;
• Perform checking with purchase contracts to provide accurate estimates for standard costing;
• Ensure complete, accurate and timely input of data into Accounting system;
• Assist Accounting team in various types of audits (tax audits, internal audits, external audits, etc.); and
• Other duties requested by the Accounting, Finance & HR Manager and other seniors/ supervisors.

PERSON SPECIFICATIONS
Knowledge:
• Bachelor degree in Accounting, Finance, Auditing or related discipline
• At least two-year experience in Accounting/Auditing/Finance; and
• Good knowledge in Vietnamese Accounting Standards and all other tax/finance regulations.
Skills & Characteristics:
• English is a must;
• Focus on effectiveness at work;
• Be detailed oriented;
• Be flexible in assigned tasks;
• Be willing to travel and work late if required; and
• A highly motivated professional with high standards of integrity and a willingness to continuously improve.
