Payable Accountant (Temporary 9 Months)

A, Advance payment for staff:

- Receive and check/audit all expenses received from site and/or office

- Support the senior/MNG to solve the issues/ error in booking or cost

allocation

B, Local payable accountant:

- Receive documents from other depts and book payments accountable to

local suppliers

- Make debt comparison at the end of the year.

- Filling and recording contracts signed with local suppliers

- Prepare documents for payment transfer

C, Others:

- Support accounting team for other jobs such as: Filling and arrangement

of accounting vouchers,

- Other works upon requested.

- University graduated, majoring in Accounting.

- Good at English and Microsoft Office applications.

- Personal competency: Hard working; Honest and respectful people; Good

organizational and coordination skills; Problem solver with a realistic can

do attitude; Ability to work independently and under pressure.
