We are looking for an experienced Payroll Accountant to be responsible for HR reports and C&B operations of the company. Your primary responsibility will be to issue employee payments; prepare payroll schedules, HR reports; and other C&B tasks. To succeed in this role, strong mathematical skills and knowledge of national laws is a must.
JOB DESCRIPTION
• Be in charge of daily C&B operations: contracts; payroll; on-boarding/ off-boarding process; promotion/ rotation records; PIT; social and healthcare insurance, etc.
• Respond to employees and resolve problems related to C&B operations
• Ensure the payroll work and tax documents are controlled and reported accurately in accordance with the timelines and Vietnamese law
• Resolve payroll problems and participate in payroll audits
• Monitor paid and unpaid leaves
• Monitor employee paychecks including gross salary, net salary, deductions, withholdings, etc., and update payroll files
• Provide HR Reports for CFOs/ Accountant monthly: Headcount report, HR budget report, Salary report, etc.
• Manage timesheet, workshare, and employee database in the system
• Work with and monitor suppliers for HR services (quarterly PIT declaration of expats, work permit, etc.)
• Ad hoc tasks as requested

2. Experience: At least 4 years of working experience as a Payroll Accountant/ Senior C&B Specialist
3. Knowledge: Good knowledge of Labour law, PIT law, Social Insurance law, and other related regulation
4. Skills:
• Careful, detail-oriented, and hard-working
• Honest, patient, and supportive
• Problem-solving skills
• Analytical and critical thinking
• Good communication skills in Vietnamese and English
• Be able to work under high pressure and tight deadlines to complete tasks in a timely manner
• Must have excellent skills in MS Office (especially Excel)
