2. Compensation & Benefits administration:
- SMUI and Government Report
- Process periodically PIT reports & claims as per regulatory requirement of Tax Department
- Government Report: Retrieve report and edit report format accordingly. Identified if the report is to submit to government department after Service Delivery checked
- Payslip: Generated Payslip via MOS
3. Employee Documentation
4. Others: as requested
5. Provide consultancy on Labour Code to employees when inquired
6. Reporting system: submit Payroll reports (exported from MOS) to Service Delivery and Team Leader/Manager on time and accurately
7. Work with Payroll Team/Service Delivery team to ensure monthly payroll and other client reports are update and accurate. Payroll data exchanged as follow: New/update payroll information (timesheet, business expenses, service fee) received by clients
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Proficient in MS Office and good knowledge of relevant software and databases
- Have good analytical, writing, organizational and communication skills.
- Bachelor degree or equivalent; BSc/BA in business, accounting or relevant field is a plus
- Meticulous, resourceful and innovative with positive work attitude to deliver the result on time
