Mô Tả Công Việc
- Cooperate with Account Management teams and other stakeholders to propose related leadership training programs for assigned target force
- Take responsibility for design, development and handover of training programs for assigned target force
- Participate in post-training effectiveness analysis of training solutions
- Cooperate with expert/consultant to design and develop related training programs
- Participate in suggestions for improvement and development of training programs as well as training department
- Conduct training classes assigned by Line Manager
- Evaluate and ensure the related training contents must comply with the laws and regulations of the Ministry of Finance and Prudential
- Perform other tasks / projects assigned by Manager Levels
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Bachelor with relevant majors, eg: Finance – Banking, Insurance, Actuarial, Education Management, Education Quality Management, IT…, Master degree is a plus
- Working experience in Corporate Banking or selling insurance to corporate customers at least 2 years
Knowledge and skill
- Good knowledge in Life Insurance, Training, Sales, Corporate Banking
- Proficient in of design training content, develop training materials and tools
- Visualization of data, graphics, the user interface and the finished product
- Designing exercises and activities that enhance the learning process
- Experience in using digital technique in training (video editing, build animate video, graphic design...) is an advantage
- Good commands of English to adapt regional content to Vietnam
