Mô Tả Công Việc
• Take responsibility for development, design, and implement of training roadmap for PD trainers.
• Implement improvement activities or programs for PD trainers.
• Provide suggestions / ideas to improve the quality of design training program, participate in the program compilation when needed
• Contribute to the strategic plans of the Partnership Training & Development Department
2. Quality Control Training:
• Monitoring and ensuring the hand over training programs and training certification to coaches is carried out seriously and quality assurance according to the procedures issued.
• Follow up and manage trainer development and PD sales management force induction training roadmap
• Observe and evaluate Trainers with suitable frequency. Evaluate and ensure the training activities must comply with the laws and regulations of the Ministry of Finance and Prudential
• Cooperate with HOD, RTM to have effective plan to develop new trainers.
• Cooperate with HOD, RTM, Banca to have effective induction training plan for PD sales management force.
• Conduct advanced training classroom for trainer
3. Project and other tasks assigned:
• Take charge of projects of the department when needed
• Implement other tasks assigned by Line Manager or Head of Partnership Training & Development (if any)
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
• Bachelor with relevant majors, eg: Finance – Banking, Insurance, Actuarial, Education Management, Education Quality Management…, Master degree is a plus
2. Experiences:
• At least 5 years of experience in insurance / bancassurance, sales management, human resources or training management. Managerial exposures are preferred.
3. Knowledge and skill:
• Proficient in conveying and giving opinions, feedback
• Owning growth mindset and positive thinking
• Strong in analytical thinking
• Proficient in English
• Good at interpersonal skill
