Role Objectives
Support the People & Culture function across the Vietnam offices, with the goal of fostering an engaging employee experience. This role focuses on key areas, including talent attraction and selection, onboarding, employee engagement, recognition and rewards, learning and organizational development, workplace health and safety, and the effective implementation of People & Culture policies, programs and processes.
Responsibilities:
Recruitment, Selection and Onboarding
• Draft and post appropriate job advertisements (internally and externally)
• Draft and update position descriptions
• Manage communications to job applicants and agencies in accordance with agreed best practices
• Arrange relevant job applicant testing where appropriate
• Draft employment contracts based on approved templates
• Assist with the onboarding process, including scheduling induction training and probation review sessions, tracking to ensure relevant paperwork is completed and filed
• Action employment changes, such as drafting employee letters and updating associated records (soft and hard copies)
Employee Engagement, Recognition and Rewards
• Maintain the Great Effort Award nominations and monthly communications to employees
• Purchase employee awards or gifts for recognition programs, employee anniversaries and employee events from time to time, including sick/absences, marriage, parental leave, birth, etc.
• Collaborate with the Culture Crew to organize the bi-annual Team building trip and internal events such as Christmas party, New Year celebration, Harmony Day, Employee Appreciation Day, etc.
Workplace Health and Safety
• Co-ordinate Health & Wellbeing programs and update the Health & Wellbeing calendar
• Assist in the execution of Workplace Health and Safety initiatives and compliance requirements
• Support in organizing the annual employee health checks
• Assist in the annual renewal process of employee health insurance scheme
Other
• Assist with the preparation of monthly Staff Meeting slides and internal communications, including translation of materials
• Support the L&OD team with arrangement of training sessions for Vietnam offices, including meeting scheduling and room set up
• Support the People & Culture function with the preparation of documents for the annual Great Place To Work survey and culture audit
• Maintain the People & Culture system and data to ensure accuracy
• Raise purchase orders and assist with the monthly reconciliation of the P&C credit card
• Manage inventory of office supplies and serve as the contact point between the company and external parties for office related matters such as office cleaning, registration process for moving items in/out of office, etc.
• Support the People & Culture function with other ad hoc projects as required.
Work Hours: 8:30am – 5:30pm, Monday to Friday, with a one-hour lunch break, plus reasonable additional hours as required.
Contacts: All Moose staff, recruitment agencies, candidates, suppliers, government departments, industry bodies

Qualifications
• 2+ years of experience in a similar position
• A relevant tertiary qualification preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English
