Responsible for driving shopper, consumer insights & the marketing sales agenda, and accountable for the category translation into the perfect store agenda at cross categories and channels

- Defines the required in-store POS & shopper marketing initiatives to drive the In store agenda
2. Job Responsibilities
- Lead execution of Consumer Activation programs (e.g. displays, gimmicks, events) as provided by Marketing to drive rotation at PoS
- Co-develop an lead execution of Channel Activation (Perfect Store) programs - based on Perfect Store and budget guidelines from Marketing team - to drive customer preference and grow outlets
- Support Regional and Area Sales Managers in defining Perfect Visit, outlet segmentation and prioritization and optimize operations
- Identify tools to optimize measurement of Perfect Store execution (e.g. manual or digital) and support sales teams in collecting in-store data through Perfect Store app
- Create planograms based on guidelines from Marketing
- Liaise with marketing agencies to develop in-store activation materials (e.g. displays, shelf highlighters) and ensure OTIF delivery
- Lead, manage and optimize day-to-day relationships between the company and third-party field sales partners and data service providers
- Analyze reports from Field Sales, drawing conclusions and business insights from complex algorithms to identify where the highest value interventions are and to build these in to customer action plans to improve performance in-store on a daily basis
- Lead on establishing stakeholder responsibility in execution issues, as well as in compliance and delivery against action plans
- Communicate store, brand, competitor, and customer intelligence to aid in the delivery of the overall sales plan
Job Requirements
- 1-2 years' experience in managerial role in the field of Shopper/ Trade Marketing Activation with advanced knowledge of the Dairy/Food in FMCG environments
- Experience in developing business reporting and KPI dashboards for a full picture of channel, customer and consumer performance
- Strong Business acumen and analytical thinking.
- Excellent analytical skills, high attention to detail and proven ability to interpret data into insights
- Excellent client facing, communication and administrative abilities required
- Understand Retail Environment, promotional tactics, execution and fulfilment processes
- Advanced numerical skills and ability to manipulate and interpret data, translate in to valuable insights and use in effective decision making
- Strong sales focus - with the ability to negotiate, influence and persuade at management level both internally and externally
- Ability to embrace complexity & work across multiple categories & customers, delivering to demanding timelines
