Performance Marketing Associate

As our Performance Marketing Associate, you will collaborate with the Line Manager driving the success of our skincare and supplement brands across multiple platforms: DTC website, TikTok Shop, and Amazon. You will be responsible for implementing and optimizing our marketing efforts to ensure the efficient execution of our campaigns and the achievement of our business goals.

Essential Roles and Responsibilities include:

- Campaign Management: Setup, implement, and manage Meta Ads campaigns to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.

- Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing detailed reports and insights to optimize and improve results.

- Budget Management: Allocate and manage advertising budgets effectively to ensure the best ROI for each campaign.

- Creative Collaboration: Work closely with the creative team to develop compelling ad creatives and copy that resonate with our audience.

- Technical Skills: Utilize analytical tools and platforms to track performance metrics and make data-driven decisions.

- Stay Updated: Keep abreast of the latest trends, best practices, and algorithm changes in Meta Ads to ensure our strategies remain effective.

Must-have Requirements:

- Experience: More than 1 years of experience as a Media Buyer specializing in Meta Ads, with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns;

- Having experience working at a performance marketing agency is an advantage.

- Technical Proficiency: Strong technical skills, including familiarity with Meta Ads Manager, analytics tools, and audience targeting strategies.

- Excellent Mathematical Skills.

- Communication: Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present performance reports clearly and effectively.

- Team Player: Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including marketing, creative, and product development.

- Adaptability: Demonstrated ability to adapt to changing market conditions and platform updates.

Nice-to-have Requirements:

- Fluency in English: Excellent written and spoken English communication skills, with an IELTS score above 6.0 or equivalent.
